Customer Reviews of Puzzled Comfort Solutions

“Chong showed up on time and took a look at our system. We wanted a full duct work replacement and he agreed it was a good idea. He helped us with very easy financing. He arrived to do the job when he said he would and did excellent work. When he was done, he cleaned everything up. You wouldn't have even known he was there. Our AC works better than it ever has. We can't recommend Puzzled Comfort Solutions more. They are awesome to work with and do excellent work. Thank you very much Chong.”

“Don’t let the name fool you! The only thing that left me puzzled was why I haven’t used their services in the past. On the advice of a friend, I called them up and requested a quote to replace my old unit. Not only was I impressed with their price, but also how much time and effort they placed in ensuring that the finished product was going meet my wants and needs. Once the install was complete and the system was tested, an undeniable difference of comfort presented itself in my house and it didn’t take long to find that the unit was remarkably more efficient. I highly recommend using these guy’s!”

“This is an awesome company. They have outstanding professionalism without loosing the personal touch. They actually listened to us without trying to sell something we did not want. They fully answered any questions we had without being too technical so we could understand. Their rates are extremely reasonable. We replaced our old system with a more energy efficient one. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our decision.”

“Our upstairs AC had been down for almost a week when we were referred to Puzzled Comfort Solutions. He responded quickly, arriving on time to look at the system on Thursday afternoon. We decided to replace the upstairs AC and furnace since they were both older units and located in the attic. He located the equipment on Friday and arrived early Saturday morning for installation. Thankfully, we had cool air again on Saturday evening. New system is working well!”

“Great experience! Came to my house and went straight to work. Got the new system up and running in no time! Highly recommend!!!”

“Puzzled Comfort solutions came recommended by a family member a few years ago and Chong is now our go-to person for anything HVAC and electrical related. He has saved us several times during emergency situations. Not only is Chong knowledgeable, he is trustworthy, professional, fair and efficient. During the heat of Summer, Chong came for emergency services when my HVAC went out while my nephew who was an infant was staying at my home. He fixed our issue quickly and had things up and running in no time. Recently, on Labor Day, while out of town we had a leak from our light fixture coming from the HVAC/roof. This could have easily turned into an electrical fire/problem and put my pets and house sitter at risk. Chong came out and fixed the issue within an hour and made sure our home was safe until he could get out there. I highly recommend using him for any of his services and we will now be on schedule for a bi-annual checkup to prevent further issues from happening. I have referred Chong to several friends and businesses who have felt the same about his great work. Thank you again!”

“My A/C fan was on, but was not cooling. That was on a Friday night. I called the technician that night which was late at 8.45 pm. He said that he could get to me around 2 to 3 pm Saturday., I said I wanted to find someone tonight , but if I can’t find anyone could I call you back and he said yes. We used fans that night, but I call the Technician back at 9am the next morning. He was here by 10:30 am. He was very professional and explained everything that asked. He made sure to give me maintenance advice and a federal worker discount. I’m very happy and will call Puzzled Comfort Solutions again when needed.”

“Chong came to assess my HVAC for routine maintenance. After calling three others to no avail. He reached out earlier in the day to ensure we were still on and he showed up 5 mins before scheduled time. His honesty was refreshing. He explained everything thoroughly and offered suggestions but did not try to upsell me on anything. To my surprise he offered several discounts. He gained a new customer in me. Thanks again!”
